I spent 4 years in the Navy as a Machinist’s Mate working on submarines out of Norfolk & Groton Naval bases.

After that I spent years in sales, which is why I built this company. I know what happens when a buyer calls and nobody picks up. They don't wait. They call the next lot.

Getting someone from a ringing phone to your lot is my job, and I take a lot of pride in doing so.

So I built a voice desk that answers your phone when you can't, then uses question based selling techniques to talk to your customers about your cars, gain interest and book the test drive.

Then I stay on top of it. After I set your system up. I maintain them. If something needs to change, you talk to me — not a ticket queue.
